Delivery and payment information

1. PRICES AND FORMS OF PAYMENT.

 

● The prices of the products are given in Euros (€) and include all components, including VAT.

● The customer has the possibility to pay by the following methods:

 

1. Bank transfer

2. Paypal

3. Credit Card

 

1. DELIVERIES.

● The goods / products are delivered by courier.

● The goods / products are sent to the address given in the order.

● There is the possibility of delivery with Tutabaconatural's own means of transport

 

○ The speed of delivery depends on the shipping area and the availability of the Tutabaconatural product in its warehouses.

○ Delivery times given by us are not binding, if more than expressly agreed in writing. Tutabaconatural always does everything possible to meet deadlines.

○ All delivery and deadline obligations are subject. Partial deliveries are allowed.

○ Delays in the execution of orders, due to forces majeure or events that significantly hinder the performance of services or make them impossible (for example: breakdowns, power outages, strikes, emergencies, official orders, etc.) give the right to Tutabaconatural to delay delivery for the duration of the difficulties, including adequate preparation time, or in extreme cases, claims are excluded, in particular claims for compensation of any kind.
